DELIVERIES: We try to ship all orders daily. Orders are shipped U.P.S. All U.P.S. deliveries must have a STREET ADDRESS. P.O. boxes will not be shipped to.

BACK ORDERS: Will be processed as soon as the foil is ready.

At times stock depletion is unavoidable. Out of stock items will be backordered unless specified otherwise. Back orders will incur a shipping fee.

C.O.D. PAYMENT: If you prefer, we will ship your order C.O.D. in the U.S.A. It must be paid by check or money order upon receipt.

RETURNED CHECKS WILL INCUR A $ 30.00 FEE.

Shipments outside of the U.S.A. will have to be paid by wire transfer. Wire transfer fee is $30 per transaction. Please add this amount to the wire total.

TELEPHONE ORDERS: All telephone orders will be confirmed with the person ordering.

EMAIL ORDERING: We currently do not have on-line ordering. You may email your order to us but please fax or call in credit card information as emails are not secure. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of order.

RETURNS: Invoice copies must accompany all returns or exchanges. Foil must be in salable condition. Cut rolls, special order rolls and 200’ rolls are not returnable. All material must have prior approval before being returned. A 25% restocking fee is imposed on all non-defective material returns. Any material defects must be reported to GWF within 10 days of receipt of product. Approved returns will be issued an RMA # and the foil must be returned within 30 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and insure the foil. Any foil that is returned damaged will NOT be credited. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the box.

HOLIDAYS: We are closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Day through New Year’s Day.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: It is your responsibility to inspect and report any visible package damage to package carrier before signing for package. If left at door save all packaging, call us and will instruct you in the procedure to follow.
